Skolnavi Method

22 AI prompts that turn any AI chatbot you already use into a navigator for the school and medical system your child is stuck in.

Built from years of learning what actually works, so you're not finding it out the same slow way, wherever you are.

Skolnavi Method

In Sweden, parents can't choose to homeschool. There's a real exception (särskild undervisning i hemmet): the school still directs the education, just delivered at home. It's for kids too sick for school but not sick enough for a hospital, with a doctor's note. No one told me it existed, for years. I only found out through using AI.

I kept trying to explain why we needed to learn from home, and dug myself deeper into a hole every time. Once I knew the legal solution existed, the whole conversation with the school changed.

AI helped me say the same true thing in far less space, calmer — in a way people could actually hear instead of pull away from. Here's what I built out of learning that.

Written in English, built for any country. Every prompt asks you to name your own country and region, so the AI adapts to your system instead of assuming one. If you work in another language day to day, it helps translate terms, draft documents, and prepare for meetings and appointments.

Does this sound familiar

  • A "good" meeting where the school agreed to something informally, and three weeks later it's like it never happened
  • Sent home from a doctor's office with "nothing is wrong." The harder your child struggled to get through the appointment, the more that struggle got used against you
  • Every professional you talk to has a different opinion about whose job it is to help
  • Told, directly or by implication, that your child's struggles are a parenting problem
  • You've tried AI for this before, gotten something generic back, and given up on it being useful for something this high-stakes

What this actually is

Skolnavi Method teaches you to ask AI the right question, with the correct terms, so what comes back actually reflects your system instead of a generic answer that misses what matters. Made simple enough that anyone can use it.

What you get

A PDF and a password-protected companion page, delivered instantly. The PDF teaches you how to actually use AI for something this sustained and high-stakes: avoiding a slow conversation, not re-explaining from scratch every time, and protecting your privacy while you work. The PDF contains all the prompts, or you can use the companion page that turns every prompt into a clean copy-paste block.

The prompts are organized around the moments that actually derail families:

  • Mapping what exists in your system
  • Catching the single most common mistake that turns a real agreement into nothing
  • Getting unstuck when you're being bounced between services
  • Figuring out what needs to be in writing
  • Walking into a meeting knowing what to ask for
  • Building the kind of documented, credible case that gets you taken seriously, even when something feels medically wrong and isn't being believed

It's the difference between knowing something should exist and knowing exactly what it's called and how to ask for it.

A few questions

Does this replace a lawyer or a doctor?

No. It gets you further before you need one.

Do I need a diagnosis or an ongoing case already?

No. Works whether you're seeing early warning signs or already deep into a fight.

This is in English — will it still work if I write or live in another language?

Yes. You'll need enough English to read the guide itself; that part doesn't change. But the actual work doesn't have to happen in English. Add one line to any prompt, "Respond in Swedish" (or French, or whatever you use), and the AI does the rest in your language, translating not just the words but the cultural nuance between where you're from and where you live now.

I've never used AI for anything this serious — is that a problem?

No. The guide walks you through using AI properly for this before you touch a single prompt.

You are not the problem.

The system is built in a way that fails children like yours by default. Not because you did something wrong. Now you know what exists. Here's how to ask for it.
