Refund and Returns Policy

Printed Jewelry and Pin Buttons

We use Printify for fulfilling orders for pin buttons and necklaces. This company is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please contact our team using the contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will submit this to Printify and then will be able to make a transfer payment back to your original payment method.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued. For printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digital Music Downloads

No refunds are offered for digital music. Please contact us if there is a problem with downloading your product so we can help you.
